TPR, PVC clear, TPU,TPE,etc, soft plastic can be overmoulded onto hard plastic to increase quality of feeling and aesthetic, mould has to be in high precision, otherwise, overflush easily appears, we have mature experience in overmoulding mould making and injection processing after so many years of ordeal experiment.
